- Management Graduate Programme (24 months): A customer-facing programme designed to develop the next generation of Radius leaders. Open to graduates with a strong degree, ideally in business, English or economics.
- Outbound Sales Agent, Milan: A clear path from Fleet Sales to CRT Sales and, for those who show the potential, Field Sales – with salary increases at every step.
- Account Manager (Outbound), Vimercate: Grow from managing Fleet accounts into Key Account Management, with salary increases as you progress, typically after 12–18 months.
