h3CPJ_Revenue, Reservation and Distribution.Manager - Reservations /h3 pItaly /p h3Job Description /h3 h3About the Job /h3 pAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager Food Beverage to join Jumeirah Capri Palace. /p pThe main duties and responsibilities include: /p ul liOversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives. /li liWork closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies. /li liAttend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends. /li liMonitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation. /li liMonitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments. /li liEnsure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance. /li liOversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance. /li liComplete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue for the hotel. /li liAct as a point of contact for reservations with external partners, managing and maintaining relationships.
