You will lead the development and deployment of automated solutions, driving operational efficiency, scalability, innovation and continuous improvement across logistics facilities worldwide. /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliDefine and execute the global Logistics Automation roadmap. /liliLead the design and implementation of automated logistics solutions. /liliDrive automation projects across greenfield and brownfield facilities. /liliDefine technical standards,
requirements and technology selection. /liliOversee solutions including ASRS, AMR/AGV, shuttle, conveyor and sortation systems. /liliEnsure integration between WMS, WCS, ERP and automation systems. /liliMonitor automation performance, reliability, throughput and operational KPIs. /liliLead continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. /liliManage relationships with vendors, system integrators and engineering partners. /liliCoordinate international, cross-functional teams across Logistics, Engineering, IT and Operations. /li /ulpstrongMain Requirements /strong /pulliMaster's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Logistics Engineering. /lili10+ years of experience in logistics automation or automated logistics systems. /liliProven experience leading large-scale automation projects in logistics/distribution environments. /liliStrong knowledge of automated material handling and warehouse automation. /liliExperience with ASRS, shuttle, AMR/AGV, conveyor and sortation systems. /liliKnowledge of WCS and industrial automation/control systems. /liliExperience in system integration across WMS, WCS, ERP and automation platforms. /liliStrong project/program management and stakeholder management skills. /liliExperience working with international and cross-functional teams. /liliKnowledge of KNAPP solutions and SAP EWM/WM is a plus.
