HR Project Manager
KP is partnering with a world-leading Supply Chain and Logistics company to recruit an HR Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly dynamic and international organization, contributing to strategic People initiatives, business expansion and large-scale transformation programs. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will play a key part in translating business priorities into impactful HR projects, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate strategic HR and cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
* Support the execution of the People Strategy through structured initiatives and transformation programs.
* Coordinate HR activities related to new business launches, ensuring workforce readiness, recruitment, onboarding and organizational alignment.
* Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, IT and Business leaders to deliver sustainable organizational improvements.
* Drive workforce planning, organizational design and change management initiatives.
* Develop governance frameworks,
project roadmaps, KPIs and executive-level reporting.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and digitalize HR processes, leveraging data, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
* Translate business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a talented, proactive and intellectually curious professional who combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset. Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines.
* 5-8 years of experience in HR Project Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development or business transformation environments.
* Strong experience with digital transformation initiatives and AI-driven solutions.
* Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
