- ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED About the Opportunity: Would you like to work in an international environment and be at the forefront of customer experience ? If so, we are looking for customer support experts in Lisbon to support many international projects. Italian proficiency is needed for these roles. What you will be doing:
* You will provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
* You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
* You will sssist customers with questions, queries and information they might require
* You will support customers with issues, problems or claims and ***escalate as appropriate Profile and skils:
* You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good command of English (B2)
* You are a problem solver
* You can work on rotating shifts
* You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..) What's in for you:
