Advanced Development Engineer
As an Advanced Development Engineer you will play a central role within our R&D; organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation. Main
responsibilities:
* Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects
* Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners
* Contribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design
* Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
