Service Design Intern

Since 2021 Cerved is part of ION Group, one of the largest international FinTech operators. For the Product & Service Design team, we are looking for a person to join as an intern, interested in understanding user needs and translating them into proposals to improve digital products and services in the B2B sector. You will support the team in research, analysis and design activities, considering both the experience of those who use the services and the processes and people that enable their delivery.
