Hill International is seeking a Strategic Planning Department Manager in the United States, Australia, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Netherlands. Position will require relocation to Saudi Arabia (KSA). Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
