• Vote and rank: compare outputs, pick what's better, and help train models on what great looks like
• Design and build frontend: from UI and prototypes to polished, production-ready apps Who you are
• A professional designer, art director, or creative technologist, typically with 4+ years of experience
• A strong portfolio that shows real craft and a clear point of view
• Able to articulate why a design works, and to give structured, specific feedback How it works

• Once you're in, we'll start matching you to paid projects. A successful project assessment leads to an offer, followed by onboarding (MFA, SOW, background check).
