ICT Junior System Engineer
Overview You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Henkel's local IT infrastructure in Italy, supporting production and critical operations. In a cross-functional, international environment, you'll collaborate with Global/Regional IT and plant teams to manage changes, deploy new components, and uphold security and compliance. You will diagnose and resolve local IT/OT incidents to minimise production impact and drive service excellence. This role offers hands-on infrastructure work with opportunities to grow your technical expertise and impact across a global organization.

Responsabilità
Operate and maintain local server and network infrastructure in Italy
Identify, classify, and resolve failures in local IT/OT infrastructure to minimise production impact
Coordinate changes with Global/Regional IT to ensure service excellence and meet local requirements
Execute roll-out activities for new standard operations and tech components (setup, deployment, launch, decommissioning)
Ensure local compliance and security with corporate policies and standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, ICT Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
