Project Manager - Cost Reduction & Value Management (M/F/D)
h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pCoordinate cost reduction initiatives across RD, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product Management /p pDrive execution of approved initiatives through structured project management practices /p pLead the end-to-end implementation of the Valuemize platform within the organization; /p pcoordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the implementation project /p pDefine governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows associated with the use of the tool /p pPrepare executive reports and management presentations on program status and results /p pEstablish standard operating procedures and best practices for value management activities /p h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS STKS /h3 pDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or a related technical field /p pProject Management certification is preferred /p pPrevious yearsof professional experience managing complex projects and programs, /p pmanaging cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives /p pExperience in cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs /p pExperience implementing business processes, digital tools, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable /p pStrong knowledge of project management methodologies; p /p practical experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent platforms /p pUnderstanding of product cost structures, business cases, and financial analysis; f /p pamiliarity with Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) methodologies /p pFluency in English, Italian and/or German as an advantage /p h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 pInnovative work environment in a young,
