Project Manager
pWe are looking for a Project Manager to oversee design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that quality, scheduling, and financial objectives are met. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for effective activity planning and seamless workflows, serving as a primary point of contact for the internal team and the main liaison for clients. They will ensure adherence to budgets and technical specifications, in alignment with organizational standards. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liPlan and manage all phases of the project, defining timelines and ensuring clear and effective communication to the team on commission procedures and objectives; /li liCoordinate the activities of the multidisciplinary working group, monitoring the progress of activities and optimizing operational flows by defining workflows and review processes; /li liManage customer and stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project status and offering proactive support in resolving any critical issues; /li liEnsure compliance with the budget and project specifications, constantly monitoring resources and keeping the Directorate updated on the progress and performance of the order; /li liCheck the quality of project documents and technical documentation, ensuring consistency with contractual requirements and administrative aspects; /li /ul h3Experience required:
/h3 ul liDegree: Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering; /li liExperience: Consolidated experience in managing complex projects within engineering companies or architectural firms; /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is appreciated; /li liSoftware: Mastery of Project Management, monitoring and planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel); /li liAttitudes: Excellent communication skills, natural leadership, and a strong aptitude for solving complex problems; /li liPlus: Experience gained in the area of public design, with particular reference to hospital construction or large complex structures, constitutes a preferential title; /li /ul h3Technical-Professional Skills: /h3 ul liLeadership and Team Management: Ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and optimizing the workload of the resources involved; /li liProject Control: Solid expertise in cost and time monitoring techniques (Time Cost Management), with the ability to prepare detailed reports for Management; /li liIntegrated Vision: Ability to supervise the design process in its entirety, ensuring integration between architectural, structural and plant components in compliance with current regulations. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
