Service Sales Specialist-Motion Service
Overview
In this role you will drive service sales for ABB's Drives portfolio, expanding the installed base and promoting a full service offering.
You will operate within the Motion Service division, collaborating with regional teams to secure profitable growth and respond to customer needs.
You'll build long-term relationships with End Users and lead market analyses to generate new opportunities.
This position offers travel across Liguria, Emilia, and Marche and a path to contribute to ABB's mission of reliable, efficient motion solutions.

Penetrate Installed Base with upgrades, retrofits and value-added solutions
Generate service sales leads and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term End User relationships
Prepare, review, and execute sales plans with recovery actions
Apply channel strategies and support pricing definition
Promote ABB's Service portfolio during campaigns and events
Provide prompt, effective responses to customer needs and issues
Requisiti fondamentali
5 years of sales experience in industrial environments or automation
Willingness to travel frequently across Liguria, Emilia and Marche
Strong ability to build customer relationships and partnerships
Structured sales methodology with pipeline, forecast, and targets
Technical background (diploma or engineering degree) with familiarity in Drives and industrial automation
Experience in service sales (contracts, maintenance, spare parts) is a plus
Strong customer orientation and business development mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
