/p pAt DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for a Logistics Implementation Specialist to support the successful launch of new operations, customer start-ups, and strategic transformation projects across our network.
/p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of new customer operations, warehouse start-ups and transformation projects.
/li liTranslate operational and solution design requirements into practical execution plans.
/li liCoordinate implementation activities during project execution, go-live and ramp-up phases.
/li liEnsure warehouse layouts, operational flows, resources, equipment and systems are implemented according to project objectives.
/li liCollaborate with Solution Design teams to validate operational feasibility and execution requirements.
/li liLead and coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation and operational readiness assessments.
/li liSupport the deployment and validation of WMS and operational systems.
/li liMonitor implementation progress,
identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
/li liWork closely with Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from project phase to business-as-usual activities.
/li liSupport performance stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives following project launch.
/li liAct as the key operational reference point throughout the implementation lifecycle.
/li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
/li liA Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management is a plus.
/li li3-5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3PL environments.
/li liExperience in warehouse start-ups, implementations, or operational transformation projects.
/li liStrong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
/li liKnowledge of WMS and operational systems.
/li liExcellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
/li liAvailability to travel across Italy.
/li liFluent English.
