People Business Partner Intern
Within The Central Functions People Business Partner team, we are looking for a People Business Partner Intern. The intern will support the team in the following activities: Assist People Business Partners in delivering HR support to assigned business functions
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce and HR-related data
- Contribute to workforce planning activities and headcount monitoring
- Assist in talent management, performance management, and succession planning processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility activities
- Help coordinate learning and development initiatives and training programs
- Assist in maintaining organizational charts and organizational documentation
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support the communication and deployment of People initiatives across the organization
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management and HR stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree, completed or currently ongoing, in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Communication, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational topics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
