Dior is looking for an HR Operations profile to join our Milan office and support the team in all department activities.
Job responsibilities
Payroll Management and Personnel Administration:
Preparing and managing documentation required for onboarding, including internship placements and fixed-term/permanent contracts.
Proactively monitoring contract expiration dates and related renewal or termination procedures.
Providing administrative support to employees for any HR-related queries or needs.
Benefits and Welfare Management:
Calculating and managing commissions and incentives in accordance with company plans.
Administering employee benefits, including meal vouchers, welfare plans, and insurance policies.
HR Systems Management:
Administering and maintaining all HR platforms and information systems, ensuring data integrity and proper functionality.
Updating the database.
Reporting and Analytics:
Preparing detailed HR reports for internal use, both locally and for the headquarters.

University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Critical and analytical mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
