Ehs Manager
AbbVie seeks an EHS Manager for its Campoverde manufacturing site in Italy. The role oversees occupational health and safety compliance, manages the ISO ***** system, conducts risk assessments, investigates incidents, and drives continuous improvement in safety culture and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Italian occupational health and safety legislation and corporate standards
Develop, maintain, and update risk assessment documentation and control procedures
Manage incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and corrective action implementation
Define and coordinate annual EHS training plan across the facility
Prepare internal and external EHS reports and monthly KPI dashboards
Requirements
Knowledge of Italian labor law (D.Lgs. *****) and occupational health regulations
ISO ***** health and safety management system expertise
Risk assessment and evaluation experience in manufacturing environments
Ability to serve as Prevention and Protection Service officer (ASPP)
Emergency preparedness and Seveso Directive compliance knowledge
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology skills
