This is aremote position within Greece, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide clear and professional support to French-speaking customers
Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines
Cooperate closely with internal teams when needed
Requirements
Fluent Italian(C1+)
Good command of English (for internal communication)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
EU Passport holderorcurrently residing in Greece
Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
Previous customer service experience is a plus
