Regional Executive Chef

We are unique in every approach and our clients, and our people are paramount to our daily success. /p pWe are looking for a super talented bRegional Executive Chef /b to join and support our growing team in bMilan /b. /p pYou will have worked within either the BI contract catering sector or Independent School sector at Executive Head Chef, Executive Chef Manager or Development Chef level to be considered for this role. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liTo support with mobilisations /li liTo support with troubleshooting at locations which require additional support /li liSupporting the business with high level hospitality and events /li liCreating bespoke seasonal menus from regional and local suppliers /li liCompleting food costings as required /li liCompleting company bookwork /li liEnsuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled. /li liEnsuring all Food Hygiene and Health Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed. /li /ul h3You will have the following skills:
