How you’ll make a difference
- Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and validation of payroll inputs.
- Manage time and attendance, absences, holidays, leaves, sickness and other payroll-related information.
- Support employee administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hires, contractual changes, transfers and terminations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR/payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare documentation and information required for payroll processing and statutory obligations.
- Support the management of INPS, INAIL and other administrative requirements, working alongside the payroll provider.
- Perform payroll checks and basic reconciliations, investigating discrepancies where necessary.
- Respond to employees' questions regarding payslips, attendance, leave and HR administrative processes.
- Support the preparation of payroll and HR reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving and simplifying HR administration and payroll processes.
Skills for success
- Degree or diploma in Economics, HR or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration or personnel administration in a retail or multinational environment.
- Good knowledge of the Italian CCNL Commercio.
- Basic knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll and social security principles.
- Knowledge of Zucchetti, particularly for Time & Attendance management, is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Hiring Range: €30.240,00 EUR - €37.800,00 EUR annually
