Main duties:
- To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
- To maximize sales for the store
- To develop enduring relationships with clients
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy
- To managepromotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices
- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance
- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
- To handlereturns of merchandise
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard
- To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store
- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
- To operate cashregisters and close daily revenues
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates

- Strong organizational skills
- Dynamic and creative.
