Senior Engineer, Subsea MDC NPI & Innovation
Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Engineer for New Technology & Product Development in Italy. You will lead development from requirements through to qualification, crafting innovative subsea MDC solutions and engaging suppliers to meet customer needs.
You will work in a multicultural team, manage design reviews, ensure compliance with codes, and apply VOC and lessons learned to NPI programs, while driving manufacturing-friendly designs and solid documentation.
