In return, the selected individual will acquire a

Profile We Are Looking For
Seasoned investor
with a verifiable track record in venture capital, startup investment, or high-growth company development
Minimum
several years of active investment experience
, with a portfolio spanning technology, deep-tech, sustainability, AI, or innovation-driven sectors
Global network of co-investors, institutional partners,
and innovation ecosystem stakeholders
Proven ability to add strategic value to early and growth-stage companies beyond capital deployment
Financial standing to commit in the range of

Genuine long-term orientation and conviction in Institute Itech's mission and project portfolio
Comfort operating within a private, individually structured equity partnership framework
Fluent English (mandatory); Italian and/or Arabic, Mandarin, or French considered a significant asset

Preferred Background
Experience as venture capitalist, angel investor, family office principal, or senior investment executive
Track record of supporting startups and scale-ups from early stage through to commercialization or exit
