- ManageFrontOfficeschedules
- ProvidetrainingforFrontOfficeteams
- Givetoursoftheestablishmenttoprofessionalsandcustomers
- Supervisetheteamofreceptionists,valetsandbaggagehandlersandprovidefeedbackontheirperformance
- EnsuringthatFrontOfficeproceduresarecompliedwith,updatedandoptimized
- Controlandmonitoraccountsreceivable
- Developthehotel'sturnoverthroughupsellactions
- Ensurepropermanagementofthecashregister,dailyclosingsandcommissioninvoices
- Manage,motivateandorganizetheworkoftheteamsinordertooptimizecustomersatisfaction
- ParticipateinandleadHeadofDepartmentmeetings
- Youwillberesponsibleforwelcomingguestsandallocatingrooms,workingcloselywiththehousekeepingdepartment
