Field Support Engineer: On-Site Installations
Cosmic Group seeks a Customer Support Engineer to join its technical team. You will install, maintain and service systems at customer sites, train users, and support internal validation and repair activities.
The role requires travel about 25–30% of the year and solid English language skills. You will collaborate with the Bring-up and Failure Analysis teams and coordinate with the Customer Support Manager to ensure smooth deployments.
