Luxury Resort Operations Lead
Le Collectionist is seeking a Resort Manager Deputy to establish and lead on-site operations in Sardinia (Olbia/Likely North East). The role covers villa portfolio oversight, guest stays, and concierge service delivery, reporting to the Resort Manager and Regional Director.
A strong background in luxury hospitality, English & Italian language skills, and a valid driver’s license are required. The position involves weekend work and peak-season availability, with up to two remote workdays per week
