At SumUp, the Field Sales Italy team is the first point of contact between the company and the country's small businesses: every day, it helps restaurants, shops and professionals discover simple, reliable and tailored payment solutions. As a Field Sales Associate for Lombardia, you will directly contribute to SumUp's growth in the region, building authentic relationships with merchants and bringing our card readers and payment solutions to hundreds of new businesses.
Задачи
- Identify and contact new businesses in Lombardia.
- Meet merchants in person to understand their needs and present the SumUp payment solutions that best suit them.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact and negotiation through to closing.
- Build lasting relationships with merchants and progressively develop your territory.
- Work towards customer acquisition and sales performance targets, with ongoing support from the team during the first few months.
- Represent SumUp at local events, industry trade fairs and in the region's business community.
Требования
Experience in field B2B sales, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS or related sectors. Confidence approaching new businesses and starting direct conversations with decision-makers. A consultative sales approach, with the ability to translate customer needs into concrete solutions. Full command of Italian and a good knowledge of English,
along with strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid category B driving licence and availability for regular travel within Lombardia.

- Employment classification under the Terziario National Collective Labour Agreement.
- Competitive gross base salary of €28,000, with bonuses up to €34,000 upon reaching 100% of the annual target, with no cap.
- Mobility allowance of €4,800 per year.
- Internet/travel allowance of €39 gross per month.
- Fuel reimbursement of up to €300 per month via the Navan company card.
- Meal vouchers of €7 for each day worked.
