Role Overview
The Associate Technical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical and MEP design activities for high-profile projects, primarily data centres. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, with at least 10 years of direct experience in electrical/MEP design,
guiding junior engineers and liaising with external stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum 10 years of personal electrical/MEP design experience, preferably in data centres or similar complex environmentsNative or C2 level Italian; minimum B2 level EnglishStrong understanding of BIM environments and RevitProficiency with tools such as Amphere, Dialux, or similar, with supervisory capability.
