Automotive Interior 3D Cas Modeler
We are looking for skilled 3D CAS Modelers with a passion for automotive design to contribute to the development of high-quality digital models and surfaces.
Responsibilities
Create and develop 3D CAS models for automotive components and design concepts
Translate sketches, references and design proposals into accurate 3D geometry
Develop and refine surfaces using NURBS and Subdivision modelling
Modify models based on design feedback and technical requirements
Support alignment between Design and Engineering throughout the development process
Prepare and optimize 3D data for further development, visualization and physical modelling
Qualifications
Experience in 3D modelling and digital surfacing, preferably in the automotive industry
Good knowledge of Autodesk Alias or comparable 3D surfacing software
Understanding of NURBS, Subdivision modelling and surface quality
Ability to interpret sketches and technical requirements and translate them into 3D models
Good communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
Fluency in English language mandatory
