So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too. /ph3Operation Development Specialist for Monza site: /h3h3Mission /h3pLead and coordinate strategic projects, roadmaps and initiatives that support the execution of Alfa Laval’s strategy and strengthen organizational performance. /ppAct as a proactive partner to factories and sites by supporting, challenging and facilitating the roll‑out of the Alfa Laval strategy, while enabling sustainable improvements in ways of working, capabilities and performance. /ppDevelop and continuously improve processes, technologies and management systems, providing fact-based support for decisions on initiatives with significant impact on the strategy and the OD portfolio. /ppLead or contribute to projects focused on operational performance, process improvement and technology, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer value. /ph3Key Task /h3pManage assigned projects to deliver agreed scope, specifications, timing and budget. /pullipReport project status, risks, issues and decisions to the overall Project Manager and/or Steering Committee. /p /lilipInvestigate, assess and support existing technologies, processes and management systems within the specialist area. /p /lilipAdvise and support line management and contribute to projects within the specialist area, involving Senior Specialists when required.
