cross-lab use cases and increasingly integrated end-to-end AI solutions. /li liCoordinate the bData Lab /b, helping build trusted, scalable data foundations across the AI portfolio. /li liTake AI solutions from bidea and proof of concept to production and scale /b. /li liPrioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, security, compliance and reusability. /li liBring together experts across bGenAI, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and application teams /b. /li liCoordinate external technology and consulting partners, ensuring clear objectives, effective delivery and strong collaboration. /li liPromote scalable approaches to bMLOps/LLMOps, observability, model evaluation, Responsible AI, privacy and operational support /b. /li liProvide clear visibility on progress, priorities, dependencies, risks and value to both business and technology stakeholders. /li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who combines bproduct thinking, AI data expertise and strong delivery capabilities /b, with the ability to connect business priorities and technology in a complex international environment. /p ul lib8+ years of professional experience /b in technology, digital products, data or related fields, including b5+ years in product, program or delivery leadership roles /b. /li liProven experience leading bcomplex, cross-functional initiatives /b and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners. /li liStrong understanding of bAI and Generative AI /b, including agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), model evaluation, guardrails and the journey from proof of concept to production. /li liSolid experience with bdata management and modern data platforms /b, including data modelling,
