pThis role is offered on an Italian employment contract. Candidates must be based in Italy as we are unable to support remote working from outside the country due to local employment and tax legislation. /p pOur Digital Production Content Operations team works with rights holders, broadcasters, entertainment brands, and streaming platforms to run their digital properties across web, mobile, and OTT. Sometimes we extend a client's in-house team, sometimes we manage their content end-to-end. Either way, the job is the same: content that goes live on time, accurately, and at the pace live sports and entertainment demand, especially during matchdays, tournaments, seasonal launches, and live events. /p pAs Digital Producer, you will run day-to-day content operations on FORGE, our CMS product, for one or more clients. You'll publish and organize content, configure pages and modules, train and support client editorial teams, and check that everything works in staging before it reaches fans. You'll be the person client content and platform teams rely on to turn editorial intent into a working, well-organized digital product. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Content operations /h3 ul liPublish multilingual content in FORGE across match centers, news sections, event hubs, cast and episode pages, and on-platform promotional modules. /li liApply metadata, tagging structures, and layouts that support sports statistics, live event experiences, entertainment catalogs, and VOD discovery. /li liCreate, adapt, and upload supporting visual assets such as match thumbnails, show artwork, and promo banners. /li liSchedule and coordinate content updates against editorial calendars, matchdays, release schedules, marketing activations, and live coverage. /li /ul h3Platform management (FORGE) /h3 ul liAct as the FORGE subject matter expert for your clients, configuring pages, modules, and sections for competitions, teams, events, shows, channels, and seasonal hubs. /li liManage user access, permissions, and asset-level rights across multi-tenant organizations, rights-restricted content, and editorial hierarchies. /li /ul h3Training and client support /h3 ul liRun FORGE training sessions for client power users, editorial teams, producers, and digital operations staff.

/li liProvide day-to-day support through agreed communication channels. /li liTrack recurring user queries and turn them into reference and best-practice guides that speed up onboarding and reduce support load. /li /ul h3Quality assurance and launch support /h3 ul liCarry out weekly QA in staging environments, validating data accuracy (fixtures, results, standings), navigation, content layouts, player and show pages, and platform components. /li liSupport the launch of new websites, sections, features, competitions, and seasonal updates, working closely with editorial, technical, product, and client teams. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pThis is the experience that will help you hit the ground running. /p h3Required /h3 ul li2+ years' experience in a digital production, content operations, or web editorial role, publishing content through a CMS. /li liHands-on experience configuring pages, modules, or sections in an enterprise or headless CMS. /li liExperience applying metadata and tagging structures to make content discoverable. /li liExperience creating or adapting visual assets for digital platforms, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma. /li liExperience running pre-release checks in a staging environment, covering data accuracy, layout, and navigation. /li liExperience managing user roles and permissions on a content platform. /li liExperience training or supporting non-technical users on a digital tool. /li liExperience writing user-facing documentation, such as how-to guides or FAQs. /li liExperience delivering content against fixed deadlines and editorial calendars. /li liFluent written and spoken English and Italian. /li liAvailability to work evenings and weekends, in line with the live sports and events calendar. /li liExperience publishing sports or entertainment content, such as match centers, live statistics, or VOD catalogs.

/li liWorking knowledge of additional languages for multilingual publishing. /li liBasic understanding of HTML and CSS. /li liExperience with digital rights management or multi-tenant platform permissions. /li liExperience logging and tracking issues in a ticketing tool such as Jira. /li /ul h3Who Thrives Here /h3 pThis is an operational role with a client-facing edge. Your week mixes hands-on publishing, platform configuration, QA, and training, and the rhythm follows the client's calendar: quiet stretches, then matchdays, tournaments, and launches where accuracy under time pressure matters most. Evening and weekend work is part of the role, because that's when matches and live events happen. You'll work across editorial, technical, product, and client teams, so a lot of the job is translating between them. /p pPeople who do well here check their own work before anyone else has to, spot the same question coming up twice and write the guide so it doesn't come up a third time, and explain a platform to a busy editor in terms that make sense to them. They work well with colleagues from different backgrounds and languages, and they ask for help early when a deadline is at risk. /p h3Process and what to expect /h3 pSalary starts from € 30,000 at entry level rising to € 40,000 for those with significant relevant experience. Where you land depends on the experience and expertise you bring. If your expectations sit outside the range, tell us anyway - we're happy to have an open conversation. Internal progression is assessed through a structured process combining a technical assessment and a competency-based interview. The role falls under CCNL Commercio | D.Lgs. 96/2026. /p h3Assessment stages /h3 ul liIntroductory conversation – get to know each other and answer your questions about Deltatre. /li li1-hour Combined Technical and Competency-Based Interview – a deep dive on your experience and past responsibilities, together with situational questions on real-life work scenarios. /li /ul pIf any of these formats would be difficult for you, tell us – we adjust regularly and can usually accommodate. /p pAccessibility and accommodation questions are welcome at any stage. Tell us what would work for you. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
