Critical Operations Manager

As our operations in Italy continue to grow, we're looking for bCritical Operations Managers to lead our technical teams and help maintain the high standards of safety, reliability and service our customers depend on. /b In this role, you'll lead Critical Operations Technicians (COTs) and Critical Operations Engineers (COEs) supporting facilities that operate around the clock. Combining your technical background with strong people leadership, you'll oversee critical engineering systems, manage operational performance and help your team develop. You'll work closely with engineering colleagues, customers and suppliers in an environment where technical expertise, teamwork and sound decision-making matter. The COM role does not involve rotating shifts, although the teams you lead provide 24/7 operational coverage. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead critical operations activities /b for the Data Center, ensuring bsafe and continuous operations /b and bhigh-quality service delivery /b /li libLead and manage the Critical Operations team /b /li libMonitor site operations /b through bBMS and PMS platforms /b /li libManage routine activities /b on belectrical and mechanical equipment /b /li liEnsure btimely and effective responses /b to bcustomer and user needs /b /li liEnsure all bscheduled maintenance activities /b are completed on time /li libManage critical situations /b and bextraordinary operational activities /b /li libPlan and manage technical tasks and equipment /b /li liApply bmaintenance processes /b and boperational methods /b /li liVerify compliance with bsafety standards /b and the correct use of bPPE /b /li libManage relationships with customers and suppliers /b /li liAttend bperiodic meetings /b with customers /li liPrepare and maintain boperational documentation /b, including bRCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports /b /li liManage bcustomer cases /b through bNetSuite /b and activities through bModius /b /li liSupport the development of the btechnical and interpersonal skills /b of team members /li /ul h3Required Skills and Background /h3 ul liAt least b5 years of experience /b in bmaintenance activities /b within an bindustrial environment /b ; experience in bcritical environments /b is an advantage /li liGood knowledge of bcritical infrastructure maintenance and repair activities /b /li libHigh school diploma /b or bUniversity degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering /b /li liStrong knowledge of bsafety regulations /b and the correct use of bPPE /b /li libCustomer-oriented mindset /b and bservice approach /b /li liStrong bcommunication, interpersonal, and team management skills /b /li liGood bdigital skills /b and familiarity with bMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /b /li liKnowledge of bNetSuite /b and bModius /b is considered an advantage /li liFluent in bItalian /b and good command of written and spoken bEnglish /b /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul libSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €70.000 - €85.000 + performance premio /b /li libContract type: /b Italian bCCNL Commerce (Commercio - Terziario,
