pThe CEO will have overall responsibility for the management of the Company, leading its organizational evolution and business development while ensuring the achievement of financial, operational and strategic objectives. /p pThe successful candidate will directly coordinate the management team across the key business functions, ensuring effective integration between Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance, while fostering a performance-driven culture based on accountability and continuous improvement. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Company's strategic and industrial development plan. /li liTake full responsibility for the Company's PL, profitability and cash generation. /li liLead the organization through its next phase of growth and consolidation, strengthening processes, capabilities and the management structure. /li liCoordinate the Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and After Sales functions. /li liDrive the development of new geographical markets and commercial opportunities, with particular focus on Northern Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. /li liSupport the strengthening and expansion of the Company's international sales network and commercial partnerships. /li liEnsure that Supply Chain and Operations are appropriately structured and scalable to support the Company's growth ambitions. /li liImprove operational efficiency and the Company's ability to execute complex projects effectively,
on time and within budget. /li liFurther develop the After Sales business, increasing recurring revenues from service, spare parts, commissioning and technical support. /li liMaintain close and effective communication with the Board of Directors and shareholders, ensuring transparency and high-quality management reporting. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ul liSolid experience in CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or comparable senior leadership positions within industrial organizations. /li liExperience in industrial machinery, engineered equipment or other technically complex products. /li liStrong track record in organizations characterized by project-based or make-to-order manufacturing. /li liStrong industrial and operational background, with proven experience in managing and coordinating Production, Supply Chain and Engineering functions. /li liCommercial mindset and proven ability to support business development and international growth. /li liExperience in business transformation, organizational development and/or restructuring environments. /li liStrong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach. /li /ul h3STUDIES: /h3 pUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline /p h3LANGUAGES /h3 pFluency in English. /p h3COMPENSATION: /h3 pDirigente, 140.000 € + MBO + Company Car /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
