We prioritize continuous professional development to ensure our team delivers high-quality, client-focused services. /ph3Role Description /h3pPharmatec is looking for an experienced bHSE Specialist /b to support a long-term project in the pharmaceutical industry. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliEnsure compliance with Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards. /liliMonitor HSE activities on site and identify potential risks. /liliConduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. /liliSupport the implementation of HSE procedures and corrective actions.
/liliCollaborate with project teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliPrevious experience in an HSE role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry. /liliGood knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and workplace safety regulations. /liliExperience in construction or industrial project environments is a plus. /liliStrong communication and organizational skills. /liliAvailability to work as a freelancer with P.IVA. /liliFluent Italian (C2 level) is required, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication on site and compliance with local HSE regulations. /li /ulpPharmatec SRL is an equal opportunity employer.
