Category Development Manager

Lead the development and successful implementation of new products and product relaunches Own and manage all product administration activities related to the portfolio, including new product launch documentation, and artwork approval Take responsibility for the management and continuous optimization of assigned product categories Monitor the performance of the product portfolio, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions when required Conduct market, consumer, product, and concept research in collaboration with the Market Research team to generate actionable insights. Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies for the product range. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Production, Purchasing, Communications, and Marketing, to ensure successful product development and commercialization. University degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field ~3-5 years of experience in Marketing,
