ROXCEL Italia is looking for Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
ROXCEL Italia specialises in the trading of raw materials for the paper industry, with a particular focus on graphic papers and packaging boards. We are the Italian subsidiary of ROXCEL Trading, an international group headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with annual turnover exceeding €1 billion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the administrative process of customer orders, from order entry and confirmation to monitoring and follow-up.
Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipments.
Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure efficient deliveries and resolve operational issues.
Support the team in the day-to-day management of customer requirements.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales support, order management or a similar role,
preferably in the paper industry or an international trading environment.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Good knowledge of standard office software and business management systems.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
