Job Description:-
Required Skills
- VMware vSphere Administration
- VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), including VCF Operations & Automation
- ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion
- VMware Lifecycle Management & Patching
- PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Hyper-V and KVM/OLVM exposure
- Storage, Backup, Networking, and OS fundamentals
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Performance Monitoring and Capacity Management
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience
Preferred Skills
- Public Cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Continuous Data Protection (CDP)
- Spanish Language (Nice to Have)
Support Model
- Daily administration and operational support of virtualization platforms.
- Incident resolution, service requests, and change implementation.
- On-call support one week per month on a rotational basis.
- Collaboration with Storage, Network, Security, Backup, and Infrastructure teams.
