The aim is about to support people in repetitive, dangerous, and strenuous jobs with technological solutions that integrate with daily life and respect the environment.We are looking for a talentedDigital Twin Engineerwith at least 2 years of experience to join theCarate Brianzaheadquarters.Responsibilities● Design, build and maintainphysically realistic simulation environments and robot modelsfor humanoid tasks (manipulation, navigation, interaction)● Developmodular Digital Twin assets(robot, sensors, scenes) using Isaac Sim / USD● Enablerapid simulation cyclesby:○ Structuring environments for RL compatibility○ Optimizing simulation performance for scalability and parallel training● Implementsynthetic data generation pipelines(state, vision,
teleoperation data)● Collaborate closely withmultidisciplinary teamsincluding: Motion and control engineers, Mechanical design team, AI / learning engineers● Contribute tosim-to-real alignment.Requirements● Degree in Robotics, Automation, Computer Science or related field.● > 2 years experiencein robotics simulation, physics-based environments, or game engines● Strong Python (C++ or similar languages is a plus)● Experience building environments and benchmarks using simulators such as Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyBullet, Unreal or Unity● Familiarity with:○ Simulation pipelines (assets, scenes, sensors simulation)○ Kinematics and basic dynamics○ Basic rendering or physics conceptsStrong Plus● Experience withUSD / Omniverse ecosystem● Exposure tosynthetic data generation● Experience supportingRL training environmentsBudget up to 45.000€, plus welfare 250€.Hybrid work modality - 1 day work from home per week.
