h3About the Job /h3pAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager Food Beverage to join Jumeirah Capri Palace. /ph3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3pAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager Food Beverage to join Jumeirah Capri Palace. /pulliOversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives. /liliWork closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies. /liliAttend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends. /liliMonitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation. /liliMonitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments. /liliEnsure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance. /liliOversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance. /liliComplete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue for the hotel. /liliAct as a point of contact for reservations with external partners, managing and maintaining relationships.
