Supplier Development
Wärtsilä is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to drive supplier development actions and monitor supplier performance. The role focuses on quality assurance, delivery and cost improvement within a global supplier base, with frequent collaboration across engineering, procurement and QA teams.
The position supports hybrid work arrangement. You will travel up to ~40% to meet suppliers and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with Wärtsilä's decarbonisation goals and quality
