We Offer
First-year drivers earn up to $100,000 annuallyHome weekendsPaid training
- $650 a week during orientation and your final week on the road$125 holiday pay for New Year's Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and ChristmasIncreased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarpingContinuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road$600 in-truck premio when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truckMedical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage;
