Marsh in Milan is seeking an Intern to join the Reward and Executive Compensation Practice. You will support job analysis, data validation, compensation analysis and market benchmarking, contributing to client projects.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in economics or related field, are fluent in Italian and English, and proficient in Microsoft Office. The role offers a 6-month internship with a monthly €800 stipend and daily €8 meal vouchers, with a hybrid work model.
