Senior Proposal Manager — Infrastructure
Saipem is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager in Milano Santa Giulia to drive end-to-end proposal activities for Sustainable Infrastructure projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate tender analyses, and ensure robust cost control and risk mitigation across complex onshore/offshore infra initiatives.
The role requires a Master's in Engineering and at least 10 years in related leadership roles, with English at B2 level.
