Job Description
DescriptionOur collaborator is a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group offering unique accommodation experiences in some of Italy’s most attractive destinations. With a young, international, and social environment, they focus on making guests feel at home through authentic hospitality, lively shared spaces, and memorable experiences for travelers from all over the world.Tasks* Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out.
* Providing information about the accommodation, services, and the city.
* Handling guest requests in person, by phone, and via email.
* Supporting booking and reservation processes
* Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
* Assisting with bar activities and the social atmosphere of the hostel.Requirements* Fluent level of English.
* Italian is a plus.
* Minimum availability of 3 months.
* Availability for 40 hours per week.
* 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
* Availability to work in shifts, including morning, evening, and occasional night shifts.
* Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
* Willingness to obtain an Italian Codice Fiscale before starting the internship.Benefits* Monthly compensation of €300.
* One bed in a shared dormitory at the hostel.
* Access to the guest kitchen.
* International and informal working environment.
