Delivery Manager
About Us
Enterprise AI investment is accelerating. Execution is not keeping pace. The gap between AI ambition and production-scale AI performance is widening — not because the technology isn't ready, but because enterprises lack the execution infrastructure to deploy it consistently, govern it responsibly, and measure it at the portfolio level. AI Collaborator is an enterprise AI enablement firm that turns AI demand into governed, scalable enterprise performance. We are the enterprise AI enablement layer — combining MARCO™, our proprietary platform, with a global elastic partner ecosystem and embedded governance to give organizations the structure, speed, and scale to operationalize AI across the business. We're at an inflection point.
About the role
The Delivery Manager supports client engagements end-to-end: discovery, proof of concept, production deployment, and renewal. You are the person the client calls, and the person who keeps engineers, partners, and stakeholders pointed at the same outcome. Most of the work is listening, coordinating, and representing the client’s needs. You will manage several engagements at once, working with cross-functional teams of machine learning and full-stack engineers to ensure each solution is delivering what the client expects. You will review timelines, align internal and external communications, and translate client priorities into clear guidance for the delivery team. You do not need to direct the technical execution, but you do need to understand the solution well enough to ask informed questions, identify risks early, and keep the team focused on the client’s desired outcomes.
What you'll do
• Own a portfolio of enterprise AI engagements, from kickoff through deployment and renewal.
• Run the full engagement lifecycle: scoping and discovery, statement of work, delivery planning, milestone tracking, UAT, handoff,
and expansion conversations.
• Coordinate delivery teams of 2 to 6 ML and full-stack engineers, plus ecosystem partners, against client timelines and budgets.
• Lead weekly (sometimes daily) client check-ins. Surface feedback early, keep custom development aligned to the business outcome, and escalate before a problem becomes a renewal risk.
• Prepare and deliver executive readouts, QBRs, and progress reporting for director
- through C-level stakeholders.
• Manage scope and change requests.
• Track engagement health, margin, and delivery risk, and report portfolio status to leadership.
• Use and improve MARCO™ in live engagements, and feed what you learn back to the product team.
• Build and maintain the internal playbooks, templates, and documentation the delivery function runs on. What you'll bring
• 2+ years in client-facing delivery, program management, customer success, or consulting, with at least 2 years running technical projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Enough technical fluency in AI/ML to hold a credible conversation with engineers and a clear one with business stakeholders. You should be able to explain what a proof of concept did and did not prove.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Jira, plus comfort adopting client-preferred systems.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a habit of building process where none exists. Nice to have
• Delivery experience at an AI services firm, systems integrator, or enterprise software vendor.
• Background in enterprise AI governance, model risk, or responsible AI review processes.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or delivery partners.
• Prior people management, even informal mentoring of junior team members.
• Spanish or Portuguese. Why join AI Collaborator AI Collaborator is building the Enterprise AI Enablement platform that organizations will rely on to operationalize AI at scale. While most AI companies focus on models or tools, AI Collaborator focuses on what enterprises actually struggle with: coordinating, governing, and scaling AI execution across complex organizations. Our platform, MARCO™, is designed to bring structure, accountability, and measurable performance to enterprise AI initiatives. You will join a company that:
• Has been built through real enterprise execution inside Fortune 100 companies
• Converts 90% of pilot initiatives into full production deployments
• Has generated millions in gross profit while raising less than $250K in external capital
• Is now preparing to scale rapidly with venture backing
• Operates a global elastic ecosystem of 1,200+ partner firms, 30,000+ AI specialists, across 60+ countries and 500+ use cases This is an opportunity to help define and lead a new category in enterprise technology — with the technical depth and market credibility to back it up. Culture AI Collaborator champions a culture built on:
• Human-first innovation
• Radical collaboration
• Responsible AI development
• Global teamwork and diversity of thought Our team operates across North America, Latin America, and Europe, working together to shape the future of enterprise AI.
