Territory Manager Medical Device
Abbott seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercial adoption of Structural Interventions therapies across a defined territory in Lombardia. The role combines account management, clinical support, and procedural guidance for Interventional Cardiologists and hospital teams.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives and market share growth
Develop account plans, lead commercial discussions, tenders, and defend pricing strategy
Provide technical support during Structural Interventions procedures and deliver product education
Maintain CRM/SFDC data, manage consignment inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, imaging specialists, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Requirements
University degree in scientific,
biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline
Significant medical device industry experience
Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists
Experience with cardiac imaging workflows including pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural guidance
Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills
Professional proficiency in English
Experience supporting Cath Lab and/or Hybrid Operating Room procedures
Compensation: €44,000–€59,000 gross annual salary; 35% target premio
