HR administration
To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a committed, empathetic and highly organised HR Generalist (m/f/d) who professionally supports our employees and actively contributes to a wide range of HR processes, from Recruiting and administration to Employer Branding and employee development. Manage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviews Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related matters Prepare and manage contracts, employment certificates, employee master data, onboarding documents and other HR documentation Support payroll preparation and manage the digital time and attendance system Plan and organise training sessions and support employee development Support Employer Branding activities, including Social Media, Recruiting platforms and collaboration with schools, agencies and other partners Organise and manage staff accommodation,
workwear and employee benefits Work closely with General Management and department heads on HR-related and organisational matters Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable field Initial professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality industry Experience in Recruiting and HR administration is an advantage Discretion, a strong sense of responsibility and professional handling of confidential information Proficiency in MS Office and digital HR systems Very good command of German, Italian and English All-inclusive onboarding when you start work Training opportunities and individual professional development Individual working time models as well as health, pension and social insurance Attractive salary including additional benefits Meals provided also on days off (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Staff accommodation in our Staff House Free parking Exclusive discounts on Spa treatments, products, and stays within the SAN SONNEA Collection and partner hotels
