St. Regis Rome is seeking a Banqueting Maitre (temporary) to lead banquet service and ensure exquisite guest experiences during events.
Reporting to the Banqueting Manager, you will set up banquet areas, supervise staff, coordinate with F&B; teams, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will analyze event orders, manage guest requests, and maintain professional guest relations for seamless banquet operations.
