Event Creative
EVENT CREATIVE & COPYWRITER We are looking for you Siamo alla ricerca di un/a nuovo/a collega da inserire nel reparto creativo. Obiettivo principale del ruolo: elaborare proposte creative per l’ideazione e creazione di eventi. Cerchiamo una figura di pensiero e scrittura, capace di trasformare un brief in un evento emozionante.
Esperienza:
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in agenzia di eventi, preferibilmente btb, con ruoli simili (creative strategist, creative leader, autore, etc). Aree princiali:
* Sviluppo del Concept e Storytelling: Interpreta le esigenze del cliente o del brand e trasforma un obiettivo strategico in un tema narrativo coinvolgente tramite l’elaborazione di presentazioni in collaborazione con altre figure creative (art, video maker, scenografi, etc)
* Esperienza degli Ospiti: Progetta tutta l’esperienza dell’evento e di guest engagement (dall’invito alla scaletta, etc)
* Coordinamento artistico: Individua i momenti artistici e ne cura il coordinamento durante l’evento
* Coordinamento del team: declina il concept e la struttura dell’evento collaborando con pm, producer, registi, showcaller, etc Requisiti richiesti:
* Formazione in comunicazione e/o event management
* Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese

Main objective of the role: develop creative proposals for the conception and creation of events. We are looking for a thinker and writer capable of transforming a brief into an exciting event.
Experience:
Previous experience of at least 5 years in an event agency, preferably B2B, in similar roles (creative strategist, creative leader, author, etc.). Main areas:
* Concept Development and Storytelling: Interprets the needs of the client or brand and transforms a strategic goal into an engaging narrative theme by preparing presentations in collaboration with other creative roles (art directors, video makers, set designers, etc.).
* Guest
Experience:
Designs the entire event experience and guest engagement (from invitations to the run of show, etc.).
* Artistic Coordination: Identifies artistic performances and oversees their coordination during the event.
* Team Coordination: Translates the concept and structure of the event by collaborating with project managers, producers, directors, showcallers, etc.
Requirements:
* Degree/background in communications and/or event management
* Excellent command of the English language
